A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Cuyahoga County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's terms and privacy policy govern its handling of the query and any later account or payment information.
An email or contact message is retained as needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless a response requires a service provider or disclosure is legally required.
